Siamo in un bosco della Valle Cannobina, a 15 min. dalla dogana Svizzera di Piaggio Valmara, 10 min. dal Lago Maggiore (Cannobio), 400mt. dalle automobili e dal paesino (Cavaglio San Donnino).

Per raggiungerci bisogna incamminarsi per un sentiero pianeggiante molto suggestivo in mezzo al bosco (la vecchia Borromea) a piedi o in Mountain Bike (MTB). Non siamo Agriturismo o B&B. Accogliamo i nostri ospiti in un' atmosfera famigliare, disponiamo di 2 camere comunicanti piu' una distaccata.

SERVIZI: bagno, lavatrice, griglia, cucina, piazzole sole/ombra, internet a disposizione dei nostri ospiti.

Potrete rilassarvi ammirando i vari animali che alleviamo (asini, pecore, capre, polli e conigli), i vari giardini per le nostre verdure e stagionalmente x i funghi; il tutto per la nostra cucina e per farvi gustare i nostri piatti genuini di tradizione italiana.

Luogo tranquillo ideale per escursioni nella natura incontaminata e per lunghe pedalate in Mountain Bike (MTB), per ritrovare la tranquillita' e rilassarsi gustando la nostra cucina a base di prodotti da noi coltivati/allevati.

Chiuso dal 1/11- al 15/12 perchè andiamo in Toscana a raccogliere le olive per produrre il nostro olio ed i nostri peperoncini conosciuti come "Viagra italiano".

Erreichen können Sie uns durch ein flachgehenden Weg, der historischer "Vecchia Borromea", den Sie sowohl zu Fuß als auch mit der Mountain- Bike gehen können.

Wir sind kein "Agriturismo" und auch keine "Frühstückspension" sondern wir begrüßen unsere Gäste in eine "gastfreundschaftliche- familiäre- Atmosphäre".

Zwei naheliegende und dritten separaten Gästezimmer, einem Badezimmer, Waschmaschine, Küche, Grillstätte, Terrassen im Schatten so wie in der Sonne, freier Internetzugang stehen unseren Gästen wehrend Ihr Aufenthalt zur Verfügung.

Verschiedene Haustiere (Eseln, Scharfe, Ziegen, Hühner und Kaninchen Etc.), Gärten mit Salat, Tomaten, Gurken, Bohnen Etc. und die regionale Pilzvielfalt helfen uns eine Naturbelassene und gesunde Regionalküche zu Bieten.

Ruhiger Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in der unbelesener Natur ob Zu Fuß oder mit den Fahrrad (Mountain-Bike). Ort wo man die Ruhe und die Gelassenheit wieder finden kann. Die italienische Sprache und Küche genießen kann.

Wir sprechen nur Italienisch. Kleine Haustiere sind angeleint willkommen.

Geschlossen zwischen 01. November und den 15. Dezember. Da fahren wir in der Toscana um Oliven einzusammeln um unseren Olivenöl und "Peperoncini" für unserem "Viagra Italiano" zu machen.

We are in a wood of the "Cannobina Valley", 15 min. away of the swiss border (Piaggio Valmara), 10 min. away from the "Maggiore Lake"(Cannobio) and 400 meters from cars and the village "Cavaglio S. Donnino" away.

You can reach us by foot, or with the mountain-bike, thru a flat path in the woods. We are no "Agriturismo" and no "B&B" but we are pleased to welcome are Guests in a "Friendly- Familiarly- Acoilance"

Two communicating room, one separated room, bath, washing- machine, kitchen, grill-place, terraces with or without sunshine and a free Internet-Point are at our guests disposal, during their staying.

Different on the ground living animals (donkey, sheep, goats, chicken and rabbit etc.), garden with salads, tomatoes, cucumber etc., and the regional mushrooms- offer feeds our natural and regionally kitchen.

Ideal starting- point for walks and Mountain- Bike- Tours in the calmness and tranquility of the nature.

Place where you can find back to your personal tranquility and enjoy the Italian kitchen and language.

We speak only Italian. Small animals are welcome too, KEEP DOGS ON A LEASH!

Closed from the 01st November tot he 15th of December. At that time we go in the "Toscana" where we go to peek olives for our "olive- oil", and "Peperoncini" for our "Viagra italiano".
